Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of MOTO-med training on limb motor dysfunction in children with cerebral pal-sy.Methods Totally 86 cases of cerebral palsy were collected from Jan.2013 to Oct.2015 in our hospital as the research objects, and were randomly divided into study group and control group with 43 cases in each group, the control group received basic treat-ment,and the study group received MOTO-med training on the basis of control group. The improvements of motor dysfunction (hamstring muscle tension (Ashworth score),D,E score in the gross motor assessment scale (GMFM88 scale),gait parameters) of the two groups after treatment were observed and compared. Results Ashworth scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly reduced, and the Ashworth scores of the study group decreased significantly than that of the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05).D,E of the gross motor energy scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, and study group was higher than control group (P<0.05).The contralateral and ipsilateral step length and pace of the two groups after treatment were significantly increased, and contralateral and ipsilateral step length and pace of the study group increased significantly compared with those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion MOTO-med training for cerebral palsy in children with limb motor dysfunction has significant clinical effect;there is a wide range of promotion and ap-plication value.关键词
