摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of controlled decompression treatment on severe craniocerebral injury with cerebral infarction. Methods From May 2012 to Mar.2016,86 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients in our hospital were selected as research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated by decompressive craniectomy and the observation group was treated by controlled de-compression.All patients were followed up for 6 months. The incidence of cerebral infarction, intracranial pressure,Barthel index and GOS score of patients in two groups were observed. Results Intracranial pressure and cerebral infarction incidence of observa-tion group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t=5.442,χ2=4.745,P<0.05).Barthel index and GOS scores were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=4.882,4.961,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to traditional decompressive craniectomy, controlled decompression is better in reducing postoperative intracranial pressure and cerebral infarc-tion,restoring the brain function of patients and improving the self-care ability of patients.关键词
