Effect of hemodialysis combined with hemodialysis on consciousness and adverse events in uremic encephalopathy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on conscious state and adverse events in patients with uremic encephalopathy.Methods From Jan.2015 to Aug.2016 in the department of nephrology in our hos-pital,74 patients with uremic encephalopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 37 cases in each group,patients in the control group were only given conventional hemodialysis treatment,patients in the observation group were given hemoperfusion treatment.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse events and state of consciousness in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91.89%,control group was 78.38%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Compared NIHSS score and GCS score of two groups after treatment,the differences were sta-tistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.41%,the control group was 24.32%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can significantly improve the clinical effect of uremic encephalopathy,improve the state of consciousness disorders,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
