Research Status of Cantharidin
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the research situation of Cantharidin on chemical construction,pharmacological action,anti-tumor structure-activity relationship,toxicity mechanism,new dosage form and clinical application was summarized,in order to provide a theoretical basis for mankind to make better use of Cantharidin resources.Cantharidin has high anti-cancer effects.However,the clinical application is limited because of its strong toxicity.关键词
