以21篇临床文献综述芍药甘草汤应用概况
Analysis on the Clinical Research of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction （芍药甘草汤） according to 21 Articles
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the situation of Shaoyao Gancao decoction for clinical application according to literature collation and research.Methods:The study adopts computer searching and artificial retrieval,and finally 21 papers about the clinical research of Shaoyao Gancao decoction were screened out.We analyzed the therapeutic range and common dose,to explore the mechanism of the application of the clinical prescription.Results:The most commonly used amount of Shaoyao (Paeonia lactiflora) was 30 g,and the common dosage of Gancao (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) was 6g,10 g and 15 g;The ratio of Shaoyao (Paeonia lactiflora) and Gancao (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) was 2:1 and 3:1.Conclusion:Shaoyaogancao Decoction is mainly used for various pain and musculoskeletal lesions in clinical,because of the effect of emolliating liver,nourishing Yin,relaxing tension and relieving pain.关键词
