Abstract
This paper analyzes the construction feature of the FPGA, then proposes an aerospace application assurance process according to the spacecraft development process, based on the theories and practices of the components assurance. The assurance content of different stages is defined, as well as the details for the performance testing, the package technology evaluation and the design verification and validation. It may serve to guide the evaluation and the assurance of the FPGA aerospace application.关键词
