基于GIS的海域海岸带空间管制分区研究——以三亚市为例

Abstract
Sustainable exploitation and utilization of coastal zone space resources has become the major issues to be resolved in most coastal regions,with the fast development of land space devel-opment becoming increasingly saturated and marine economy developing rapidly.Spatial regulation is the hot spot in the planning domain in recent years and an important way to adj ust the sustainable development of society,economy and environment.This paper calculated the com-posite scores of coastal zone protection and utilization suitability by evaluation index system models,which include five kinds of factors,such as topography,urban and transportation,natural ecol-ogy,the utilization of sea coastal zone and the unclear purpose of coastal zone and a total of 23 concrete evaluation indexes,by using the theory of ecological security pattern and land suitability evaluation method,based on the present situation and the stage characteristics of coastal zone pro-tection and utilization.The space control partition of coastal zone for Sanya City was determined by using spatial analysis module combined with Arcgis,which was divided into four classes:the strictly controlled developing zone,the restricted developing zone,the important developing zone and the optimizing developing zone.Ideas and suggestions for the division of spatial regulation a-bout coastal zone in Sanya City were also put forward.关键词
