环硼硅氧烷的制备与表征

Abstract
Cyclo-borasiloxanes were synthesized through a two-step reaction.First, the Phenylboronic acid was reacted with excess amount of dimethyldichlorosilane and thus Si-Cl teminated borasiloxanes were obtained.Subsequently, Si-Cl teminated borasiloxane was used to react with metal oxide and expected products were obtained.The components of the final product were characterized by GC-MS, 1H-NMR ,29Si-NMR , 11B-NMR and FT-IR.The effects of reaction conditions on the reaction were investigated.The results indicated the optimum conditions were as follows, the molar ratio of boronic acid and dimethyldichlorosilane was 1∶6, the reaction temperature was 25 ℃, and the metal oxide was oxidized zinc or magnesium oxide.关键词
