摘要

Abstract

Myoblast fusion is an important process for the growth of muscle and the regeneration of myofibers upon injury.It is a very complex event and there is elaborate network to regulate the process from beginning to the end.Initial studies reported that myoblast fusion requires extracellular calcium and changes in cell membrane topography and cytoskeletal organization.Further research acquired.more and deep-seated knowledge about the fusion of myoblast the mutual communication of different related signal pathways,regulation of associated molecular play an enormous role in this process.This paper reviewed several myoblast fusion-associated signing pathways and regulation molecules in the process,and laid a foundation for improving meat quality of beef.
