摘要
Abstract
An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of ordinary vitamin A (VA) and nanoVA on growth performance, immunity index, calcium, phosphorus and ash content and VA concentrations in liver, kidney and serum of broilers from 1 to 21 days of age and to research the relative bio-value of nano VA.By using a single factor completely randomized design,300 one-day old AA broilers were randomly divided into 10 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 6 broilers in each replicate.Ordinary VA and nano VA were used to provide 750,1 500,2 250,3 000,3 750 IU/kg activity in a nutritionally completed corn-soybean meal diet. The experiment phase was 1~21 d.The results are as follows:feed conversion (FCR),spleen index, liver vitamin A content, renal vitamin A content and serum vitamin A content were all significantly affected by ordinary vitamin A and nano vitamin A(P<0.05).However,no significant differences on the average daily gain, average weight and average daily feed intake (P>0.05) were observed.By comparing the relative biological value of the two with non-linear model, the relative biological value of nano vitamin A was acquired, namely, feed conversion 0.9574,average weight 1.8155,average daily gain 1.8577,liver vitamin A content 0.6786,kidney vitamin A content 0.7793,serum vitamin A content 0.6904,spleen index1.2432,fabricius index 0.8538,and calcium percentage 3.1327.The results showed that in ferms of economic benefits, nano vitamin A is comparatively better in biological values than the ordinary vitamin A.Taking average body weight and daily gain as the assessment indicators, the relative biological value of the productive performance of nano vitamin A is 1.8155 and 1.8577.关键词
