山东首例牛支原体病的诊治报告
Diagnosis and Treatment of First Case of Mycoplasma Bovis in Shandong
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,suspectedbovine contagious pleural pneumonia disease often occurred in Shandong.A successful isolation and identification of one strain mycoplasma bovis was carried out by the collection of the disease,Mycoplasma isolation,biochemical identification,PCR,16sRNA sequence analysis and clinical treatment and other research work.In the solid medium,the isolates were grown as typical colonies in the shape of a fried egg.In clinical practice,the use of vaccines and sensitive drugs can quickly control the epidemic situation of cattle herds.This is the first reported case of bovine mycoplasma disease in Shandong region,its diagnosis and treatment process is conducive to the further prevention and control of the disease.关键词
