Review of Aflatoxins Toxicity and its Prevention and Control
摘要
Abstract
Aflatoxins (AFs) are a group of carcinogenic,teratogenic,and mutagenic metabolite produced by Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus.AFs are found in animal feed worldwide and are harmful for animal husbandry.In order to lessen its hazard on animal,discussions were made on toxicolo gy and characteristics of acute and chronic poisoning of AFs,prevention and control of AFs in crops preand post-harvest and the detoxification of dietary AFs.关键词
