摘要
Abstract
Soluble urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor ( suPAR ) is the soluble form of urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor ( uPAR) .Besides being a new biomarker of inflammation , suPAR plays an impor-tant role in growth , development , invasion and metastasis of gastrointestinal cancer .Recent research suggests that suPAR has significant value in the molecular diagnosis of incipient tumors , monitoring of the therapeutic response and further development of the molecular targeted new agents .关键词
