Effect of Organization Improvisation on Competitive Advantage:Environmental Uncertainty and Organizational Flexibility as Moderators

Abstract
This paper examines the effect of organization improvisation on competitive advantage from the perspective of organizations,and introduces environmental uncertainty and organizational flexibility to moderate.Conclusions are summarized as follows.Firstly,"letting go","making do",resources integration and real-time synergy have positive influence on competitive advantage to some degree.Secondly,environmental uncertainty positively moderates the process that "letting go","making do",resources integration and real-time synergy affect competitive advantage and the moderating effect of "letting go" and real-time synergy is more significant.Thirdly,organizational flexibility positively moderates the process that "letting go","making do",resources integration and real-time synergy affect competitive advantage and the moderating effect of "letting go" and "making do" is more significant.These findings expand the organization's existing theories of improvisation,providing important reference for enterprises on how to improve capability of improvisational operation.关键词
