古代医家对《伤寒杂病论》皮肤病的认识
Ancient doctors' understanding of skin diseases in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases
摘要
Abstract
The Chinese ancient doctors discussed skin diseases those were included in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases, involving meaning of items, etiology, diagnoses, rules of treatment, therapy, etc. The etiology of the disease is mainly six gas, including wind, cold, heat, dampness and insect toxin, deficiency and other causes. The treatment method includes diaphoresis, heat-clearing method, purgation, harmonization method, emetic therapy, external therapy and so on.They have also raised treatment principles of skin diseases. Slight sweating method can drive away evils. Skin diseases caused by heat evil can use heat-clearing method clearing away heat and toxic material. Skin diseases of Foot-Yangming meridians stomach-heat syndrome can use purgation. Skin diseases also can use harmonization , emetic and external therapy.关键词
