冯晓纯教授治疗小儿湿疹临证经验
Clinical experience of Professor FENG Xiaochun in the treatment of infantile eczema
摘要
Abstract
Professor FENG Xiaochun treats infantile eczema according to the physiological characteristics of deficient spleen and pays attention to spleen and stomach in chinic. And based on the physiological characteristic of"infantile body", disease is easily caused by heat. The tutor thinks that the occurrence of infantile eczema results from"the damage of spleen and the damp and hot body condition of the patient". So damp heat is paid much attention. Thus invigorating spleen and removing damp and detoxification and relieve itching are used as the main treatment principles. Taking Ziling Xiaozhen decoction, applying Huanglian paste on the affected part together with chiropractic all make contributions to the conditioning of spleen and stomach. This paper conclude the method in the treatment of infantile eczema from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, spleen and stomach and internal and external treatment, etc.关键词
