顾氏外科乳腺癌治验
GU's academic thought and clinical experience in the treatment of breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Based on clinical experience of GU's surgery department, this paper argues that "Tandu Yujie" is the essential pathogenesis of the breast cancer in the development. "Yudu "is the key pathogenesis of recurrence and metastasis after operation. The principles of supplementing qi and yin, nourishing blood and relaxing liver, warming kidney and invigorating yang to protect the unaffected locations, because the residual poison remaining in the body is easy to change and attack other locations, the principles of activating blood and dissolving stasis, eliminating phlegm and softening mass, clearing away heat and toxic materials should also be followed to terminate and reverse the development of disease. In the clinical, with Huangqi, Yinyanghuo, Tianmendong and other drugs to prevent the disease without happen, with Shancigu, Fengfang, Bayuezha to cut off the changes of diseases. These drugs are combined to form a prescription for the operation of breast cancer and resist to recurrence and metastasis.关键词
