桂枝茯苓汤合黄连解毒汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛
Guizhi Fuling decoction and Huanglian Jiedu decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of Guizhi Fuling decoction and Huanglian Jiedu decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 80 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases of each group. Patients in the control group were treated by routine treatment. Patients in the observation group were treated by Guizhi Fuling decoction and Huanglian Jiedu decoction on the basis of the control group. Clinical manifestation, dynamic electrocardiogram, high sensitivity C reactive protein and blood lipid of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of TCM syndrome of observation group was 95.0%, higher than those in the control group (P<0.001). Compared to control group, patients in the observation group had higher clinical explicit efficiency (P<0.05). Compared to patients before treatment, patients in the observation group and control group had lower high sensitivity C reactive protein, total cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL-C, higher HDL-C, lower myocardial ischemia frequency and chest pain attack frequency, shorter myocardial ischemia time, single longest ischemia time (P<0.05). Compared to control group, patients in the observation group had lower high sensitivity C reactive protein, higher HDL-C, lower myocardial ischemia frequency and chest pain attack frequency, shorter myocardial ischemia time, single longest ischemia time (P<0.05). Conclusion Guizhi Fuling decoction and Huanglian Jiedu decoction can significantly reduce the level of C reactive protein,reduce the risk of coronary events, stabilize atherosclerotic plaque and provide basis for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.关键词
