Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effects of antiviral eye drops and traditional Chinese medicine smoked eyes in the treatment of herpes simplex virus keratitis. Methods 83 cases of patients with herpes simplex virus keratitis from March 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were chosen to research, 101 diseased eyes, which were divided into research group (Aciclovir eye drops+Ribavirin eye drops+traditional Chinese medicine smoked eyes) and control group (Aciclovir eye drops+ribavirin eye drops), treatment effect, physical sign fading and visual acuity improvement of two group were compared. Results The effective rate of the research group (97.12%) was higher than control group (74.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The onset time, the time of congestion, the time of ulcer healing and the disappearance time of the research group were shorter than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Two groups of patients were completed follow-up, 6 eyes (11.76%) of research group and 15 eyes (30.00%) of control group recurrent, the recurrence rate of the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups before treatment,after treatment, the vision of the research group was higher than that control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of antiviral eye drops and traditional Chinese medicine smoked eyes could effectively improve the vision of patients with herpes simplex virus keratitis.关键词
