清肠止泻散对轮状病毒模型鼠血清TNF-α、IL-1β 水平及粪便Na+、糖含量的影响
Effects of Qingchang Zhixie powder on levels of serum TNF-α, IL-1β and feces Na+, glucose content on mice with rotavirus
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Qingchang Zhixie powder on tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and feces Na+, glucose content on mice with rotavirus. Methods Forty SPF rats were randomly divided four groups: normal group,model group,Qingchang Zhixie powder group, ribavirin group, ten rats in each group. By means of experiment mice of making mode, givong medicine and taking ingredients. Occurrence of diarrhea and death rate was detected. The mortality rate of each group, average stool level, rotavirus antigen positive rate were observed; Detection of Na+, sugar content in mouse feces, ELISA method was used to detect the changes of serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1. Results The death rate in Qingchang Zhixie powder group was lower than that in model group(P<0.05); After treatment, the positive number of rotavirus in Qingchang Zhixie powder group was lower than that of model group (P<0.05); After treatment, the average level of stools in Qingchang Zhixie powder was lower than that of model group (P<0.05); Na+, sugar content in Qingchang Zhixie powder group was lower than the model group (P<0.01); Compared with normal group, the content of TNF-α, IL-1βin serum were obviously increased, in model group (P<0.01, P<0.05); Compared with model group, Qingchang Zhixie powder group could significantly reduce the content of TNF-α,IL-1β in serum (P<0.01). Conclusion Qingchang Zhixie powder is effective in treating rotavirus mice to certain extents,which can relieve the diarrhea, reduce mortality, counter rotavirus, promote the intestine to absorb Na+, glucose and regulate the TNF-α, IL-1βlevel of rotavirus mice.关键词
