补肾健脾利湿化瘀法对IgA肾病模型大鼠血清MMP-9、TIMP-1含量的影响
Influence of Bushenjianpi and Lishihuayu on serum MMP-9 and TIMP-1 contents in IgA nephropathy model rats

Abstract
Objective To study the influence of Bushenjianpi and Lishihuayu methods to serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 content of IgA nephropathy model rats. Methods 80 Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group ( n=10) and build module (n=70). After modeling, the rats were randomly divided into model group and hematuria capsule control group, BushenJianpi and LishiHuayu methods high, medium and low dose group (which were called traditional Chinese medicine high, medium and low dose group). The red blood cell count, serum MMP-9, TIMP-1 and 24h urine protein were measured in each phase on rats. Results 1) The rats in the blank group were in good condition. After 4 weeks of modeling, the rats began to be mentally depressed, eating and activity decreased, the coat color was dull, the urine color was changed and the body weight was decreased. After the drug treatment, the symptoms improved. 2) Compared with the blank group, the urinary red blood cell count and 24h urine protein in the rats were increased from the 6th week to the 8th week; Compared with the model group, the erythrocyte count of the rats in each group decreased (P<0.05), the comparison between the groups, the traditional Chinese medicine dose group was superior to the hematuria capsule group. 3) Compared with the blank group, after building groups of rats serum content of MMP-9 is reduced, TIMP-1 content increases, MMP-9/TIMP-1 lower (P<0.05); Compared with model group,the treatment group rats serum content of MMP-9 increased significantly, content of TIMP-1 reduced significantly, MMP-9/TIMP-1 elevated (P<0.05), the comparison between groups, traditional Chinese medicine in the dose group is superior to hematuria capsule group (P<0.05). Conclusion 1) BushenJianpi and LishiHuayu methods can reduce the urine red blood cell count and 24 hours urine protein quantitative of IgA nephropathy model in rats; 2) In build module, MMP-9 content in serum of rats decreased, TIMP-1 content increases, MMP-9/TIMP-1 lower (P<0.05), MMP-9 and TIMP-1 is involved in the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy; 3) After drug treatment, the treatment group rats serum content of MMP-9 increased significantly, content of TIMP-1 reduced significantly, MMP-9/TIMP-1 elevated (P<0.05), the comparison between groups, traditional Chinese medicine in the dose group is superior to hematuria capsule group. We speculated that the mechanism ofBushenjianpi and Lishihuayu methods treatment of IgA nephropathy may be regulate the content of serum MMP-9 and TIMP-1.关键词
