榛子油乙醇提取物抗氧化功能研究
Study on the antioxidant function of ethanol hazelnut oil
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the antioxidant ability of hazelnut oil. Methods Cold pressed hazelnut oil extracted with 80% ethanol and sample with different concentrations, contrast with vitamin C, through the determination of reducing antioxidant capacity, hydroxyl radical scavenging rate, superoxide anion radical scavenging rate to confirm the size of the hazelnut oil and ethanol extracts of antioxidant capacity. Results Hazelnut oil and ethanol extracts of scavenging hydroxyl free radicals, reducing antioxidant ability and scavenging superoxide anion free radical ability increased with the increase of the concentration. Conclusion Hazelnut oil ethanol extract has good antioxidant function.关键词
