反相高效液相色谱法测定止哮胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱含量
Determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Zhixiao capsules by RP-HPLC

Abstract
Objective To establish a method of determination of ephedrine Hydrochloride and psedoephedrine hydrochloride in Zhixiao Capsules. Methods The HPLC-wavelength detection was employed using a column of HyperClone BDS C18 analytical column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.02mol/L, potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (0.3% triethylamine, tune pH 2.8 phosphate)(2 : 98). The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. Results A good linear correlation was observed within the range of 0.042~0.42 μg for ephedrine hydrochloride and 0.0204~0.204 μg for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. The average recoveries (n=6) were 97.48% with a RSD of 0.71% for ephedrine hydrochloride and 97.78% with a RSD of 0.64% for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, respectively. Conclusion The method was high efficiency and sensitivity. And it can be used effectively for the quality control of Zhixiao capsules.关键词
