摘要
Abstract
Considering the human factor in IT Project Portfolio Intelligent Management(PPIM)and based on the KVP (Kind, Vitality, and Process)model framework of"Generalized Artificial Life"(GAL), the IT project is compared with the living system. In the comparison, the GAL performance in IT project portfolio intelligent management system is analyzed. Then the Silkworm model framework, life vitality model and life process model of IT project are established. These help to redefine the concept of IT project component. The method to assess IT projects growth health is given and is applied into project portfolio intelligent management.关键词
