食管癌患者血清NGAL、Hcy、sTNF-RI、白介素及食管动力学指标的变化观察
The change of serum NGAL, Hcy, sTNF-RI,interleukin levels and esophageal dynamics indexes of Patients with esophageal cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the changes of serum NGAL,Hcy,sTNFRI,interleukin levels and esophageal dynamics indexes of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 66 patients with esophageal cancer in our hospital were selected as observation group,another 66 healthy persons with health examination at the same period were selected as control group,then the serum NGAL,Hcy,sTNF-RI,interleukin levels and esophageal dynamics indexes of two groups were detected and compared,and the indexes of observation group with different stages of esophageal cancer were compared.Results The serum IL-2 of observation group was lower than that of control group,serum NGAL,Hcy,sTNF-RI aud IL-6,IL-8,IL-18 levels were all higher than that of control group,and esophageal pressure,peristaltic contraction ratio and esophageal sphincter relax rate were all lower than that of control group,and the changes of those indexes of observation group with higher stage of esophageal cancer were more than that of patients with lower stage of esophageal cancer(P ＜0.05).Conclusion The serum NGAL,Hcy,sTNF-RI,interleukin levels and esophageal dynamics indexes of patients with esophageal cancer show abnormal state,and the influence of disease stages for the detection levels are great.关键词
