Abstract
Objective To study the effect of continuity nursing on lung function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were randomly divided into observation and control groups,with 45 cases per group.The control group was given health education during hospitalization and at discharge,and the observation group was conducted continuity nursing.After 3 months of nursing,nursing outcomes were evaluated.Results After nursing,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen [p(O2)],arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure[p(CO2)] in the observation group were better than the control group (P <0.05).The forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1),mean flow velocity (MMEF),forced vital capacity (FVC) in the observation group were higher than the control group (P <0.05).St George's respiratory questionnaire (SGRQ) score,and the respiratory symptoms in the observation group were better than the control group (P < 0.05).The general health,physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health in the observation group were better than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Continuity nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases can effectively promote the recovery of pulmonary function,and improve the quality of life,so it is worth promotion.关键词
