Abstract
Objective To evaluate effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prevention of complications for elderly kyphoplasty patients.Methods A total of 90 kyphoplasty elderly patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group,given comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention.Nursing effect and prevention efficacy of complications between two groups were compared.Results Postoperative pain relief condition in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Blood loss,operative time,ambulation time and length of stay in the observation group were less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Quality of life scores was higher,and postoperative complications was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve nursing efficacy,improve quality of life,prevent and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.关键词
