摘要

Abstract

Based on the analysis of genomic DNA sequence and PCR,the genotypes of grain length gene qGL3 were identified in sequenced wild species of genus Oryza,294 accessions of rice mini core collection (RMCC) and 65 japonica varieties certificated in Jiangsu Province from 2007 to 2013.Homologous sequences of gene qGL3 were found in all the wild rices involved.The phylogeny based on the coding sequence of gene qGL3 demonstrated an apparent differentiation among the wild species of genus Oryza.Subsequently one convenient functional dCAPS marker was developed on the A/C missense mutation in the exon10 of gene qGL3 and used to identify the genotypes of the RMCC.Genotype qgl3 represented base A on the mutant sites appeared only in one variety,which is a rare allele.But genotype qGL3 represented base C on the target site occurred in 293 varieties,which is a prevalent allele.Meanwhile the qGL3 genotype was found in all the 65 japonica varieties certificated in Jiangsu Provice.
