摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the effect of exogenous methyl jasmonate (MeJA) on the substances of tomato against Bemisia tabaci,different concentrations of MeJA (10-4,10-5,10-6,and 10-7mol · L-1),were sprayed on the tomato leaves,then the volatile compounds,the contents of soluble sugar,free proline,protein,flavonoids and phenolic compounds of tomato leaves were detected in this study.The results showed that MeJA had no obvious influence on the content of α-terpineol terpinenes of tomato leaves,while the contents of α-pinene,β-phellandrene and β-caryophyllene were positively correlated to the concentrations of methyl jasmonate,and myrcene showed negative correlation.The contents of soluble sugar,free proline and protein in the leaves decreased after implicating of exogenous MeJA,while the content of the flavonoids and phenolic compounds increased.The results demonstrated that the exogenous MeJA could induce tomato resistance against B.tabaci.
