高岭土的止血应用研究进展
Application of kaolin to hemostasis:research progress
摘要
Abstract
Kaolin is a natural nonmetal mineral,which has many superior properties such as adsorption,good plasticity and easy dispersion.It has been widely used in light industry,petrochemical industry,ceramics,cosmetics,construction and other fields.In recent years,kaolin has been used extensively in the field of medicine as a powerful exogenous coagula-tion blood material.Here,we reviewed the structure,mineralogical properties and the hemostatic mechanisms of kaolin,in-cluding water absorption and blood coagulation factor Ⅻ activation.We also explained the current hemostatic application and developments of kaolin.关键词
