农村失能老年人照顾者生活质量及影响因素分析
Quality of life and influencing factors of the caregivers of disabled elderly in rural areas

Abstract
Objective:To know the status quo of the quality of life of the caregivers of disabled elderly in rural ar-eas and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A multivariate cluster sampling method was used to analyze the data of 375 caregiver of disabled elderly in rural areas of Kaifeng city.The data were analyzed by using the self designed general questionnaire,Short Form Health Survey Questionnaire (SF 36)and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS).Results:The dimensions’score of the caregivers of disabled elderly in rural areas were lower than those of the norm.The main influencing factors of quality of life were age,disability degree of the elderly,health status,relations with the disabled elderly and education level.The score of social support was positive correlated with the score of the quality of life.Conclusion:The quality of life of the caregivers of disabled elderly in rural ar-eas was low.Community health service should be carried out according to the characteristics of rural areas, strengthen the propaganda of health care knowledge,enhance self care ability of disabled elderly,reduce the burden of care and improve the quality of life of caregivers.关键词
