穴位按摩结合情志护理对颈椎病后抑郁病人康复效果的影响
Effect of acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing on rehabilitation of depressive patients with cervical spondylosis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of emotional nursing combined with acupoint massage on the rehabili-tation of patients with depression after cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 134 patients with depression were randomly divided into control group (46 cases),emotion group (44 cases),and acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing group (44 cases)by random number table method.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing of cervical spondylosis and routine nursing for depression.The emotion group was giv-en emotional care on the basis of the control group.The acupoint massage group combined with emotional nurs-ing group received acupoint massage on the basis of emotion group.Hamilton Depression Scale (HADM),Clini-cal Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis (CASCS)and General Self-Efficacy Scale were used before the intervention and after 8 weeks after intervention.Results:The HAMD scores of the control group,emotion group and acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing group were (18.34±6.93)points,(14.78±6.38)points and (10.12±6.25)points respectively.The CASCS scores of the three groups were (87.73±6.12)points,(92.37±6.37) points and (96.33±3.24)points respectively.The self-efficacy scale scores of the three groups were (6.54±1.02) points,(7.25±0.93)points and (7.46±0.86)points respectively.There were significant differences among the three groups (P<0.05).The rehabilitation of emotion group and acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing group was better than the control group.The acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing group had a better rehabilitation effect than the emotion group.Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with emo-tional nursing can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with depression after cervical spondy-losis.关键词
