摘要

Abstract

Objective:To probe into the influence of action oriented teaching method on the professional quality of nursing undergraduates.Methods:The nursing undergraduates in six classes in grade 2013 in our school were taken as the subj ects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The students in control group received the traditional teaching method,and the patients in observation group received the action oriented teaching method for one semester.At the end of the course,the single subj ect result of “Basic nursing skills”,comprehensive performance,humanistic quality,communication skills and attitude and their own compe-tencies were evaluated between both groups.Results:After the intervention,the single score,comprehensive score,humanistic quality score,communication skill attitude score and nurses’competence score of students in observation group on “Basic nursing skills ”were significantly higher than those in control group.There were statistically significant differences between both groups (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:The action oriented teaching method could be applied to the teaching of nursing undergraduate students,and it was beneficial to improve the students’academic performance,humanistic quality,communication skills and competency.
