焦点解决模式对高危妊娠孕妇的影响
Influence of focus solution model on pregnant women with high risk pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of focus solution model on pregnant women with high risk pregnancy.Methods:A total of 82 pregnant women with high risk pregnancy were randomly divided into the ex-perimental group(Focus solution model)and the control group(conventional psychological intervention).The pregnant outcome,psychological status and satisfaction of patients between both groups were compared.Re-sults:Before the onset of labor,SAS,SDS scores in experimental group were significantly decreased that in con-trol group(P<0.05).The incidence of cesarean section rate,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The imple-mentation of focus solution model could significantly improve the pregnancy outcome and psychological status of high risk pregnant women,and improve their satisfaction.关键词
