Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of peer interaction support model for postpartum de-pression in primiparous women in community.Methods:Choosen A total of 1 1 2 primipara after childbirth with maternal and child health were selected who accepted postpartum health care services in a community health service center in Yinchuan city.They were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,5 6 cases in each.The patients in control group received the routine community health services,while the patients in in-tervention group received the nursing program of routine community health service combined with peer interac-tion support model.The primipara's EPDS score and the awareness rate of maternal and child health knowledge were compared at the sixth week,third month and sixth month after delivery.Results:There was statistically significant difference in primipara's depression score between intervention group and control group at the third month and sixth month after delivery (P<0.05).At the third month after delivery,there was statistically sig-nificant difference in incidence of depression between both groups (P<0.05).The awareness rate of maternal and child health knowledge in intervention group was higher than that in control group.Conclusion:Peer inter-action support model was helpful to improve the psychological state of postpartum depression of primiparous women in community,and improve their awareness rate of maternal and child health knowledge.关键词
