组织环境管理对抗癌药物暴露护士职业健康的影响
Influence of organization environment management on occupational health in nurses with anticancer drug exposure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To know about the intervention effect of organization environment management for health of nurses with occupational exposure to ADs in a third grade A hospital in Shenzhen,so as to provide basis for the promotion of nurses'occupational health.Methods:A total of 47 nurses who met the inclusion criteria from multiple departments of a third grade A hospital in Shenzhen were selected as the observation obj ects.They re-ceived the questionnaire of state of occupational exposure to ADs,and compared and analyzed their health exam-ination data from 2013 to 2015,observed the difference of nurses'health examination indexes before and after the intervention of organizational environment management.Results:The results showed that there were statisti-cally significant differences in the detection of peripheral blood leukocytes and lymphocyteIs in 47 nurses (P<0.05).Organizational environmental management had a certain impact on the occupational health of nurses ex-posed to anticancer drugs.Conclusion:To improve the organization and environmental management is helpful to improve the health status of nurses with occupational exposure to ADs,but the occupational environment is still a potential risk for the immune function of nurses,so we should pay close attention to it and improve it.关键词
