摘要

Abstract

The conditions for purification of total flavonoids from Prunus persica by macroporous resin were explored.With adsorption-desorption ratios as indexes,optimum resin DM-28 was selected by static ad-sorption-desorption and dynamic adsorption- desorption ratio tests.The concentration of eluting agent was de-termined with the content of total flavonoids as the index. The optimum conditions for static absorption was as follows:the best temperature was 30 ℃,the value of pH 4.0,the time of absorption 3.5 h;the optimum condi-tion for dynamic adsorption was as follows: the flow rate 2 mL/min,sample concentration 0.72 mg/mL,and 60% alcohol as eluant for desorption with the flow rate 2 mL/min. Under these conditions,the total flavonoid from Prunus persica increased by 6.84 times.Moreover,the antioxidant activity of flavonoids from Prunus persicawas explored by using free radical scavenging reactions.The results indicated that Prunus persica flavonoid has an obvious antioxidant activity,the IC50 value of DPPH and ABTS+ were 13.47μg/mL,32.16 μg/mL,respec-tively.
