不同秋眠型紫花苜蓿内源激素含量的测定
Measurement of Endogenous Hormone Content in Different Fall-dormancy-type Alfalfa Varieties

Abstract
Two fall-dormancy-type alfalfa standard varieties (fall dormancy class 1 and 2) and two fall-undormancy-type alfalfa standard varieties (fall dormancy class 10 and 11) were used as the experimental materials, and the contents of endogenous hormones (ABA, IAA, GA 3 and ZR) in their leaves under the natural light condition were researched.The experimental results showed that: the natural photoperiod, air temperature and fall-dormant type all affected the synthesis of endogenous hormones in alfalfa to a certain extent;ABA, IAA, GA 3 and ZR jointly participated in the regulation of growth and fall dormancy of alfalfa.关键词
