麻城山茶种质资源表型遗传多样性研究
Study on Phenotypic Genetic Diversity of Camellia Germplasm Resources from Macheng

Abstract
In this study, the genetic diversities of 11 phenotypic traits of 35 Camellia cultivars in Wunaoshan camellia nursery of Macheng were evaluated.The results showed that there were significant differences in all studied phenotypic traits of flower and leaf among various germplasm resources;among them, number of petal had the highest variation coefficient, which was followed by ovary height, while leaf length had the lowest variation coefficient.The result of F-test showed that the differences in 11 phenotypic traits all reached a very significant level.Correlation analysis suggested there were very significantly positive or negative correlations among tested 11 phenotypic traits.The principle component analysis indicated that the cumulative contribution rate of top three principle components was 71.185%, and the principle component reflecting flower type had the maximum eigenvector, so flower type had a great influence on the classification of camellia varieties.Based on the clustering analysis of 11 phenotypic traits, 35 Camellia cultivars could be divided into 3 categories: the main trait of the first category was large flower;the second category was characterized by large leaf;the third category had more petals.It was concluded that flower diameter and flower height were the main criterions for the classification of camellia varieties.关键词
