摘要

Abstract

To explore the influence of rainfall on the soil moisture of artificial forest, the author monitored the soil moisture of artificial forest vegetations in loess hilly area.The result showed that: under the natural conditions, the maximum depth of rainfall infiltration was 140 cm in this area.After the rainfall during the rainy season, the water deficit in 0~30 cm and 0~40 cm soil layer of both Pinus tabuliformis forest land and wasteland was completely compensated;while the water deficit in the deeper soil layer could not be fully recovered only by the rainfall.The water in the soil profile of artificial forest land and wasteland was generally difficult to be absorbed, and soil moisture had a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of vegetation.Meanwhile, rainfall could improve the water availability within its maximum infiltration depth of soil layer.
