Abstract

The immune effect evaluation of swine fever vaccines and their immune persistent period detection were carried out in 10 large-scale pig farms in Lianshui county.The results indicated that: (1) The immune effects of swine fever vaccines produced by 5 different enterprises were different, but all accorded with the demands of Agricultural Ministry;on the 21st day after the second injection of various vaccines, the antibody positive rate was 77.5%~100%, and the antibody discrete degree was 19.7%~47.5%;four months after inoculating with the swine fever vaccine produced by a enterprise, the antibody positive rate was still as high as 85%, and the antibody discrete degree was 38%, which conformed to the immune requirements.(2) Twenty-one days, two months, three months, and four months after the second injection of the vaccine supplemented with immunopotentiator, the antibody positive rate was 90.8%, 94.2%, 92.5% and 90.0% respectively, which was separately 5.0, 12.5, 13.3 and 15.0 percent higher than that in the normal vaccine injection group;the antibody discrete degree was 28.5%, 27.9%, 28.4% and 28.0% respectively, which was separately 6.8, 8.5, 8.4 and 9.5 percent lower than that in the normal vaccine injection group, suggesting that the immunopotentiator had an obvious immunologic enhancement.
