Dynamic Analysis of JWM Series Lift Shell
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the crack of JWM lift shell in work,this paper studied the dynamic characteristics of the shell.A 3D model of the shell was firstly established by using Solid Works software,and then the simulation module was used for the dynamic analysis of the shell,based on which,the first 5 natural frequencies and vibration type of the whole shell,and the stress and strain diagram of the lower shell under the starting conditions were obtained.The analysis results showed that the frequency of the excitation source was far less than the minimum natural frequency of the shell,and the shell would not be damaged by resonance.The maximum stress of the lower shell occurred at the edges and corners close to the installation site,thus the design of the area needed to be enhanced.The dynamic analysis of the shell provided a reliable reference for stroke design of JWM series lift and structural optimization of its shell.关键词
