摘要

Abstract

The docking performance test bench with weak percussive docking mechanism(referred to as the performance test bench)is the system to test the docking performance of the docking mechanism on the ground for lunar exploration,mainly providing the on-ground test conditions like docking,maintaining,and separating.The performance of the test bench is greatly influenced by the precision of the six-axis force sensor on the bench.The principle of force and torque calibration was firstly analyzed to correct the six-axis force sensor online;Secondly,the online calibration device was designed by taking the calibration of X force,Y torque,and Z torque as an example,and the statics analysis was conducted on the main components of the device by using Pro/Mechanica software.The research laid the foundation for the future work.
