摘要

Abstract

The structure and typical fault of canned motor pump was firstly analyzed;and then the vibration monitoring method of canned motor pump fault was proposed in this paper.Secondly,the vibration identification method of canned motor pump fault was obtained on the basis of analyzing vibration characteristics of canned motor pump fault.In the end,the real vibration signal in fault simulation experiment was detected and analyzed.The analysis result showed that the fault of canned motor pump can be identified efficaciously by vibration detection and analysis.
