摘要

Abstract

Ribbed disturbed flow cooling is a major method of the internal cooling for the aero-engine turbine blade.By using the air heat coupling numerical simulation method,the computational fluid dynamics software like CFX was taken to analyze the air flow and heat transfer characteristics in the trapezoidal cooling channel and the rectangular cooling channel.In addition,the paper also studied the influence of the Reynolds number(Re=10,000~30,000)and the rib angle(30°,45°,60° and 90°)on the air flow within the trapezoidal ribbed passage and the heat transfer characteristics.
