摘要

Abstract

In order to control raceway roughness of Si3N4 bearings under P4 level(≤0.063 μm),orthogonal experiments concerning superfinishing parameters of superfinishing time,workpiece tangential velocity,oilstone pressure and oscillation speed were carried out to optimize superfinishing process.A validation experiment was conducted subsequently to verify the optimization results.The experimental results showed that the roughness value of the raceway surface,processed by the superfinishing scheme,was the lowest,and the ceramic material quality and grinding process of raceway played a decisive role in promoting superfinishing raceway quality.It was concluded that the raceway surface obtained by the optimal scheme can meet the requirement of P4 grade roughness of the bearing,and the quality of the material and the grinding process shall be controlled to further improve the superfine surface quality of the raceway.
