Abstract
Clinical practice and standardized training of residents is important stage of medical education, it has the important inlfuence in the quality of medical talents. Interns participated in residents’ clinical skills examination as simulated patients,by the teaching and feedback during the examination, to improve the enthusiasm of interns,and to improve the clinical skills of both residents and interns.关键词
