PBL与SBL联合教学模式在妇产科教学中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL and SBL in the teaching of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods In the teaching of gynecology and obstetrics, 124 clinical medical students of 98 period-seven-year- progrems were randomly divided into two groups: the trial group of PBL combined with SBL teaching mode, the control group for the PBL teaching mode, analysis of teaching effect through the basic theory knowledge and case analysis examination, student questionnaires and SP assessment. Results Although there was no signiifcant difference between the trial group and the control group on the basis of theoretical knowledge and case analysis examination (P>0.05);in the aspect of learning interest and the evaluation of communication ability of patients in the student survey results showed that, the test group has more advantages and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05);the results of SP examination, clinical trial group thinking ability and the ability of communication with patients also have increased significantly, the difference was also statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined teaching mode of PBL and SBL can not only improve the independent innovation and clinical thinking ability in medical students, but also cultivate human care and doctor-patient communication skills. It could meet the medical and educational conditions in our country.关键词
