卒中后痫性发作及卒中后癫痫的研究进展
Research progress on seizures and epilepsy after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Cerebral vascular disease is the most common cause of adult acute symptomatic epilepsy and secondary epilepsy. Whether it is the first symptom or complication after stroke, poststroke seizure or epilepsy after stroke is the common cause of hospitalization. As the incidence of cerebrovascular disease increased year by year, the incidence of seizure and epilepsy after stroke may increase. Research progress of poststroke epilepsy's epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis are reviewed as follows, to provide basic information for clinical diagnosis and treatment for clinicians.关键词
