摘要

Abstract

The grade of Cu taken from Yunnan Tangdan oxidized copper ore is 0.82%,the oxidation rate of the copper is about 80%,and the combined copper oxide accounts for 30%,which belongs to low-grade oxidized copper ore.The research on technological mineralogy shows that the ore is a refractory one with fine dissemination and complex structure.The test explored the optimal grinding fineness,type and dosage of activator and collector.On the condition of appropriate particle size and reagent system,the technical flowsheet of the closed-circuit tests is onestage grinding,two roughing,one scavenging,and three cleaning.A copper concentrate containing Cu 14.31% with recovery of 70.24% can be finally obtained.
